Joe Lucchese is the Founder of Pro-Ject, an award winning experiential agency. He started Pro-Ject from the principle of making connections, known as the "Relationship Architects." Pro-ject originally curated a networking event series using their proprietary app that made the first step of networking easier for you. Since then, they became a full service agency who produces brand activations across the nation. They have had activations at Pitchfork, Mamby on the Beach, SXSW, Spring Awakening, Art Basel and many more.

Prior to Pro-Ject, Joe was a full time tour manager for well known artists like Sum 41, Phoenix, Kings of Leon, U2, Coldplay and Black Eyed Peas. Through 11 years of touring, Joe created an extensive network of relationships that made him realize the power of connection.

His journey started while on the student board with the opportunity to produce student events and help place students in entertainment internships at the University of Nevada. One of the internship opportunities was for Tony Hawk skateboarding event managed by Bill Silva and his team. Through a close friend, Joe joined Bill Silva's management company and toured with Jason Mraz. Joe shares his journey from full time touring to entrepreneurship.
